Your order will be dispatched within three to five business days with most orders delivered within 5-10 business days (depending on your State or country). If any delays occur in dispatching your order due to stock being unavailable, we will contact you immediately. You may substitute products or cancel such an order at any time prior to dispatch due to an unavailable product. All orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not available it will be taken to your nearest post office to await collection. In all other cases where your product does not arrive or is damaged, Daily Shake can issue a discretionary refund. If Daily Shake decides to issue a refund, credit will be applied to your original mode of payment. However, we are happy to provide you with a full refund under one of our money-back guarantees listed below.

Were suffering from financial hardship:
It’s your responsibility to take control of your own financial situation. If you are struggling financially, we do not recommend buying foods or supplements. We therefore cannot offer refunds for financial hardship. Conditions:
- This guarantee is only valid for customers who have purchased the 1 jar/1 month option. Customers that purchased more products are not eligible for a refund or any other guarantee. If you purchased a bundle/package, the guarantee will only apply to one product item in the bundle. For example 2 single sachets or 1 jar. It does not include the shipping cost.
- As the guarantee is based on the effectiveness of our products, you will need to take all dosages of our product as instructed. If the product has not worked for you, we will happily give you your money back for that single item.
- You will not be able to request your money back based on flavour only.
- If you request a refund for our products, keep in mind that your diet plays an important role in your results. As long as you can show you have taken at least ten servings of our product and have not eaten junk food and alcohol every day during the trial (which destroys our products’ chances of working), we will happily refund your money (excluding the postage cost).
